Who is Meghan O’Brien?

I'm your real estate advisor, not simply a realtor. I have a diverse resume that goes beyond my 9+ years as a licensed real estate agent. I bring a depth of financial wisdom to my clients from my years as a top producing lender on the East Coast and subsequently an economics instructor for DMACC and ISU. I often joke that I am the only person to not run for statewide office in Iowa who has been to all 99 counties. I put a lot of Iowa highway miles under my belt as a ISU housing and retail economist which taught me about the real impact of a community on the value of a home. I've been employed in the housing industry for almost 20 years, ensuring you get the expertise you deserve. It is my honor to bring my care and expertise to your most important purchase.
